Customers can apply online, in your branches or loan processing offices, with an agent or by phone with the PNCCS call center.

How long will it take for my customers to get a decision?

Our automated decisioning process provides almost instantaneous decisions—typically in 30 seconds or less.

How would PNCCS help close sales for customers who meet my lending criteria?

PNCCS offers multiple closing options, including express mail to consumer, electronic loan document packages to your lending staff or closing agent, or even in-home closings with a third-party notary. Once we determine that a consumer meets your criteria, our highly experienced Customer Service Representatives are proactive in helping to close the transaction for you.

Does PNC Bank or the other lending institutions have access to my customers?
